Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 01/01/2024 Thank you for choosing The NutriCoach! We strive to provide you with the best booking experience possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. 1. Cancellation Process: Â Â - Cancellations can be made through our website or by contacting us at the_nutri_coach@outlook.com. Â Â - All cancellation requests must be submitted before the deadline specified for each booking (see section 2 below). 2. Cancellation Deadlines: Â Â - Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Â Â - Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before a session will receive a 50% refund. Â Â - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a session will receive no refund. 3. Special Circumstances: Â Â - In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. No-Show Policy: Â Â - If you fail to cancel your booking and/or do not show up, you will forfeit the entire booking amount. You will not receive a refund. 5. Refund Processing: Â Â - Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days back to the original payment method. 7.
